The Claymont Library is a state-of the art facility built in 2013. It was previously housed in a section of the Claymont Community Center since 1988, and was founded by the Women’s Club of Claymont in the Old Stone School in 1929. The Claymont Library operates with funds provided by New Castle County and the State of Delaware.
